After addressing the issues raised in my last playtest, I opted to expand the board from A4 to A3. This allowed me to introduce more timelines, increasing the possible directions a player can take. This will also allow for more variants when multiplayer comes into play.
I also added in Random Occurrence Cards based around pop culture references to time-travel. I left out some of the more obscure references, but may add them back in later if I need to balance out the difficulty.
I’ve added the new game board below, as well as the amended rules in their entirety and the new Random Occurrence Cards. (a D20 can be used to “pick” a card for the time being)
It is this version of the game I will be playtesting next.

Needed:
- 1(+) player counter
- 1 dice (D6)
- 1 dice (D20, as a place-holder for the cards)
Roll to move:
- You may move forwards only, unless:
- You are instructed otherwise by a Random Occurrence Card, or;
- you are returning to play from a Wormhole.
- You may move down any branching timeline.
If you land on a Wormhole:
- Roll a dice to see which Wormhole you move to.
- You cannot move to a Wormhole marked X.
If you land in an Infinite Causality Loop:
- Roll an exact number in order to break (leave) the loop.
- You continue to move around the loop in the same direction until you break the loop.
If you land on a Random Occurrence Card:
- Pick up a card and follow the instructions on said card
The Aim: Reach the end (the original time line) to finish:
- You must roll an exact number to land on the final space. If you roll over the amount necessary; you must then move backwards the excess amount rolled.
